Your data is completely secure. It is stored on a dedicated server owned by your organization. You may use your own servers and hosting providers as long as they meet the technical requirements for installing the grant management system.

Absolutely! Our goal is to enable employees to use the system independently once it is set up and implemented. We provide training and guidance to ensure staff can create forms, configure grant openings, evaluate applications, assign mentors, and manage collaborations efficiently.

The learning process depends on the commitment of employees and the complexity of the implemented system. We offer a training package with online or in-person sessions, including practical exercises. On average, full independent usage can be achieved within six months, depending on the dedication and effort of the employees.
